How Do I Become a Donor?

Donations can be made at any time of the year.Donations received by October 15th will qualify for use as awards at the Scholarship Recital in November of the same year.

 

All donors of $15 or more will receive a charitable tax receipt as well as recognition in the program, on our webpage and in the local newspaper. For more information please contact us at odmta.info@gmail.com.

 

To become a donor, click on the link below, fill out and mail our donor form along with your donation to the address provided. A tax receipt will be sent to all donations greater than $15.
